About the Company
This is a family-oriented organization that values work-life balance, with a commitment to ensuring that employees can spend quality time with their families. Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with reasonable travel considerations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects ranging from £10k to £3m, including drainage, highways, and reinforced concrete works.
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Preferred qualifications include SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, CPCS (excavator/dumper/roller), CAT/Gene, and First Aid.
  • A valid driving license is essential. Candidates should be strong team players with a positive attitude and effective communication skills.

Compensation Package
  • Competitive salary based on experience and training.
