Job Title: Civil Engineer

Access Talent Group is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join a growing and exciting SME in the Yorkshire region. Our client is looking for a professional with expertise in development infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data necessary for project design and planning meetings.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs, calculations, and technical specifications for infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project delivery and quality.
  • Experience with detailed design for minor and major highways, drainage design, infrastructure schemes, cut and fill.
  • Knowledge of planning and section agreements: S278, S38, S104, S106, S185.
  • Commercial experience with understanding of financial performance of projects, tender and contract administration.
  • Proficient in software: Civil 3D, Micro drainage, AutoCAD or PDS and Causeway Flow.
