About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiology Clinical Fellow to join our team in the Department of Cardiology at Glenfield Hospital. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of consultant cardiac electrophysiologists to gain broad exposure to a variety of EP interventions and comprehensive management of patients with arrhythmic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Advice & Guidance, EP consultation, and AF Virtual ward
  • Manage inpatients with complex arrhythmias and attend specialty MDT meetings
  • Develop skills in invasive and non-invasive arrhythmia management
  • Contribute to research activities of the department
Requirements
  • Substantial training in general cardiology
  • Possession of an NTN or equivalent
  • Experience in device therapy for brady and tachycardia treatments
  • Basic experience in diagnostic electrophysiology
  • Interest in developing electrophysiology and device skills
