Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Server Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Server Engineer to join our team at FluidOne. As a Senior Server Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams, as well as leading solution design, planning, and implementation on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Design and Implementation:** Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for key clients, including server and network installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • **Technical Account Management:** Provide technical account management to a key group of strategically important customers, including building strong working relationships, attending regular reviews, and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • **Solution Design:** Work with the Technical Director, Solutions Architect, and other Senior engineers to lead solution design, planning, and implementation on projects.
  • **Mentorship:** Assist colleagues and mentor Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Apprentices across the technical teams, providing opportunities for continual learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • **Technical Experience:** Proven technical support experience in a similar environment, with excellent level of technical experience of Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
  • **Cloud Solutions:** Experience of Intune and Autopilot - Management, Design, Implementation, as well as current Windows Server versions & services Management, Design, Implementation.
  • **Network Infrastructure:** Understanding of network infrastructure management, design, and implementation.
  • **Incident and Problem Management:** Understanding of incident and problem management, change and configuration management.
