Job Title: Content Designer - Project

Job Type: Contract, Hybrid

Location: Remote with 1 day a month in Exeter

Duration: 14 months

Security Clearance: Current or lapsed required

Venture Up is working with a public sector organisation on an exciting project that requires an experienced Content Designer to join their team for the next 14 months.

This role involves creating, evaluating, editing, and updating content to support the delivery of our client's products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Writing and reviewing written content, and using multimedia effectively, to ensure the appropriate content is shown to users
  • Ensuring content is in the right place and in the best format to help users achieve their goals
  • Working closely with User Researchers to ensure content is based on evidenced user needs
  • Collaborating with Interaction Designers and Service Designers to design end-to-end experiences that meet user needs
  • Employing user-centred design principles and agile methodologies to help build a user-focused culture

Requirements:

  • Experience in content creation and management
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Exeter
  • Current or lapsed Security Clearance
