The Opportunity:

Join our consultancy procurement and supply chain team, which operates across five global hubs, where you will lead and manage projects for prestigious organizations in both the public and private sectors. We deliver significant value to our clients by offering comprehensive procurement guidance across various topics and methodologies. Our team collaborates closely with clients from diverse sectors to implement innovative and best-in-class procurement, category management, and supply chain solutions, all grounded in the principles of responsible and ethical procurement practices, service excellence, and effective supply chain engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management and execution of comprehensive procurement processes.
  • Facilitating prequalification management through standardized selection questionnaires.
  • Preparing tender documentation.
  • Managing the tendering process, including issuance via approved online platforms.
  • Assisting in the evaluation process management.
  • Contributing to the development of procurement strategies as needed.
  • Providing advisory services to clients regarding procurement and supply chain policies and processes.
  • Coordinating project reporting requirements, including the preparation of various briefing notes.

Qualifications Required:

  • Full membership or enrollment in the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Management.
  • A solid understanding of public procurement regulations and practices.
  • Experience with OJEU and the latest tendering processes, along with strong presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience in prequalification and tender management processes, including evaluation.
  • A willingness to learn and engage with a structured procurement delivery framework.
