About the Role

Mason & Dale Recruitment Specialists is partnering with an independent utility consultancy to recruit an Assistant Utilities Coordinator (Customer Service Representative). This is a flexible hybrid or fully remote role with a competitive salary range of £26K - £30k (DOE) + Commission and bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient administration and office support service, including updating the internal CRM system and maintaining accurate client data.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers daily to discuss utility contracts, invoices, and other products.
  • Under the guidance of the Head of Property Management, liaise with gas, electricity, and water companies on behalf of the client, including change of tenancies, arranging on-site visits, and maintaining clients' utility contracts.
  • Analyse client invoices for gas, electricity, and water against agreed contracts, identify clients who are in a position to renew their contract, and enact this process.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation for tender processes by gathering essential utility data.
  • Determine client's contract start dates, end dates, and energy consumptions.
  • Help and advise clients around meeting any sustainability goals and ambitions they may have.
Requirements
  • Customer service or administration background.
  • Understanding of electrical invoices.
  • Excel skills.
