Project Manager, Engineering

Job Summary

Skyworks is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-focused programs in the Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple integrated products, including Power Amplifiers, Switches, Filters, and SiP's, and ensuring timely delivery of prototypes to meet customer specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
  • Lead cross-functional development teams, including Engineering and operational teams, to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop innovative solutions to address priorities and conflicts
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical functions, and coordinate schedules, manage risk, and monitor budgets
  • Analyze projects to identify potential roadblocks and strategize to align with business goals, deadlines, and resource coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in an NPI environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of product development and team management
  • Strong knowledge of MS Tools, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, and experience with Power BI, SAP, Planview PPM Pro, or Oracle's Agile PLM software

What We Offer

Skyworks offers a competitive salary range of $87,600 - $167,900 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
