Project Manager, Engineering

Job Summary

Skyworks is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Engineering team in delivering high-performance analog semiconductors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing NPI customer-focused programs from kick off to release to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional development teams to ensure customer specification compliance, cost targets, and critical milestones are met
  • Collaborate with Engineering and operational teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Present project updates to Skyworks Management, including status, issues, and actions
  • Analyze projects to identify potential roadblocks and strategize to align with business goals, deadlines, and resource coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., BSEE, MSEE, MBA) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry in an NPI environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Tools, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Planview PPM Pro, or Oracle's Agile PLM software is a plus
