Key Responsibilities- Confidently lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage food costs and budgeting.
- Work closely with the Kitchen Gardeners to utilize our kitchen garden produce.
- Plan and manage kitchen team rotas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling, and dietary requirements.
- Develop and support the skills of the kitchen team.
- Lead, teach, and inspire our kitchen apprentices.
Experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a similar establishment is essential. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results and supporting the growth and development of our team.
