### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Community Midwife to join our team as a Maternity Patient Safety Coordinator. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient safety.

### Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate patient safety initiatives across maternity services
* Facilitate the management of the Inphase system and risk register
* Collaborate with clinical staff to identify and mitigate risks
* Develop and implement the Maternity Clinical Risk Management Strategy
* Work closely with the complaints department, legal department, and patient safety team

### Person Specification
