Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Alpine Residential Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents, providing exceptional care and creating a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respect and support the dignity of residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize IT systems to contribute to resident well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
- Commitment to providing care with a focus on resident empowerment.
- Reliable and flexible individual with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
