Senior Care Professional

Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Professional to join their team at a Nursing Home in the Sevenoaks area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly and hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or be working towards this qualification.

The Senior Care Professional will be responsible for assisting the Day Care Team with daily duties and mentoring them where needed. Key responsibilities include:
  • Keeping care plans up to date for each resident
  • Ensuring care plans are filled out to a high standard by the team
  • Maintaining a high-quality standard of person-centered care for residents
  • Staying up to date with home policies and procedures
  • Conducting supervision meetings every 2 months
