About the Role

We are currently looking to recruit a number of new Casual bank positions as Mental Health Specialist Support Worker roles based at our Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery service in Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Support individuals to develop skills and confidence to achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a mental health setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
