Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Gray Healthcare. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be working with an individual with a diagnosis of autism and learning disabilities, providing 2:1 support in their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to the individual, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the individual's needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience in mental health support, ideally with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
