Role Overview:
Join the Facilities Management team at Bristol Waste Company as a Cleaning Operations Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated group of Cleaning Operatives. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and developing Cleaning Operatives to foster career growth.
- Assigning and overseeing specific tasks to ensure high-quality execution.
- Conducting weekly inspections of cleaning equipment.
- Monitoring the use of cleaning supplies to minimize waste.
- Performing regular audits of cleaning standards.
- Executing cleaning tasks as required.
- Managing inventory levels of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ensuring the safety and productivity of cleaning staff.
- Reporting any health and safety concerns to management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning services.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Valid Driving License is required.
