About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers find the products they need to create their dream home.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers receive a positive and engaging experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a well-stocked and organized store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives, through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring our store looks its best at all times.
