Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, maximizing ROI and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our in-house digital teams to manage PPC campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign management strategies.
- Drive data-driven user acquisition and create digital paid media strategies to generate sales leads and boost conversions.
- Implement channel-specific strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Conduct experimental marketing and performance reporting.
- Manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in digital campaign management from strategy to execution.
- Knowledge of digital and social media best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing and proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and experience in budget and project management.
- Experience in landing page and CRO optimization.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days a week in our Surrey HQ and 2 days remote.
- 23 days holiday, rising to 27 with length of service, plus birthday off and bank holidays.
