Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver digital paid media strategies to generate sales leads and boost conversions.
  • Implement channel-specific strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct experimental marketing and performance reporting.
  • Manage budgets effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and agency/supplier management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in digital campaign management from strategy to execution.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in budget and project management.
  • Experience in landing page and CRO optimization.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our Surrey HQ and 2 days remote.
  • 23 days holiday, rising to 27 with length of service, plus birthday off and bank holidays. Option to buy additional leave.
