Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, maximizing ROI and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with in-house digital teams to manage PPC campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign management strategies.
  • Drive data-driven user acquisition and create digital paid media strategies to generate sales leads and boost conversions.
  • Implement channel-specific strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct experimental marketing and performance reporting.
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in digital campaign management from strategy to execution.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of A/B testing and proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and experience in budget and project management.
  • Experience in landing page and CRO optimization.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days a week in our Surrey HQ and 2 days remote.
  • 23 days holiday, rising to 27 with length of service, plus birthday off and bank holidays.
