We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Champion to join our team at Staffline Operations. As a Quality Champion, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all products meet legislative requirements, specifications, quality, and integrity standards agreed with customers.
- Provide training and refresher training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and control the production process to prevent defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with production staff, quality team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless quality control.
- IT literacy and good accuracy skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Citrus and grape product knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.45.
