Job Title: Service Manager - Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Coventry, Warwick, and Stratford areas. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a caring environment for our customers through high standards of professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all company, local, and national standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring they are carried out, monitored, recorded, and reported.
  • Support the Area Manager in assessments of individuals referred for housing, care, and support services.
  • Develop personalized support plans for each tenant in conjunction with relevant professional agencies and the tenant's family and/or representative.
  • Assist the Area Manager in preparing rosters to ensure sufficient staff are available at all times.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis' housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience of providing care and support services for vulnerable adults.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, working towards level 5.
  • Good commercial acumen and commitment to setting and maintaining high standards.
  • Good IT skills.
