  • Monitoring and documenting asset reliability metrics to pinpoint maintenance requirements
  • Leading the resolution of technical challenges through analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Identifying essential spare parts, placing orders, and overseeing inventory management
  • Upholding cleanliness and maintenance of site and equipment to meet established standards
  • Assisting with capital projects and managing asset life-cycle strategies
  • Providing hands-on technical assistance for site improvements
  • Willingness to cover occasional 12-hour shifts as necessary

This role requires a versatile skill set with an emphasis on either Mechanical or Electrical competencies.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess qualifications as a multi-skilled maintenance technician with a background in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintenance operations. Familiarity with continuous improvement practices such as Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis is crucial. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is essential.

Previous experience with SAP systems is advantageous. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and prioritization abilities, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit in a team-focused environment.

This role primarily operates on a day shift schedule, with occasional shift coverage required as needed.
