About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Asset Technician to join our team at Anglian Water Services. As an Electrical Asset Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems to ensure the safe and efficient supply of water to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical assets, including wiring, installing, and controlling electrical equipment.
  • Calibrate and maintain technical analytical equipment to ensure water quality standards are met.
  • Investigate asset trends and carry out electrical interventions to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Manage and assist electrical framework contractors and internal high voltage, optimisation, and automation teams.
  • Liaise with other team members to react to technical issues and maintain water supply.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship and relevant electrical qualification.
  • Ability to learn quickly and use initiative to solve problems.
  • Training and development opportunities to gain skills and knowledge required for the role.
