Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Ascent Performance Group Ltd. As a key member of our secured litigation team, you will play a crucial role in acting on behalf of our clients in conveyancing transactions to sell repossessed residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure efficient and professional communication
  • Work closely with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction process
  • Deal with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, including shared ownership matters
  • Meet set deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths
  • Experience of the Scottish conveyancing process
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
  • Sound knowledge of law and legal system
  • Law degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in the legal industry or in-house with a top financial services organisation
