Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Ascent Performance Group Ltd. As a key member of our secured litigation team, you will play a crucial role in acting on behalf of our clients in conveyancing transactions to sell repossessed residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure efficient and professional communication.
  • Work with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction process.
  • Deal with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, including shared ownership matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including a minimum C grade in English and Maths.
  • Experience of the Scottish conveyancing process.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Sound knowledge of law and legal system.
  • Law degree or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in the legal industry and/or in-house with a top financial services organisation.
