About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Lexus dealership in Coventry. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.
Requirements
- Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
- Valid UK driver's license and ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
