Community Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Support Worker to join our team at The Edmund Trust, a charity that helps and supports people with learning disabilities across Cambridgeshire.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be involved in assisting with household chores, personal care, medication management, and supporting people to medical appointments. The role also involves supporting people during daytime outings, including shopping trips, dining out, and visits to the park.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with household chores and personal care for individuals with learning disabilities.
- Support individuals with medication management and attend medical appointments.
- Accompany individuals on daytime outings, including shopping trips, dining out, and visits to the park.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide support and care to individuals.
- Flexibility is required as shifts may cover evenings and weekends.
- A Full UK driver's license and access to your own car are essential for this role.
- A friendly, patient, and outgoing personality.
- A passion to help others and make a positive impact in the community.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent rates of pay.
