No previous experience in a youth care setting is required, but a flexible and adaptable mindset is crucial. Comprehensive training and ongoing supervision will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, including a combination of early and late shifts, with alternating weekends off

Interview Process: Initial discussion to review application details, followed by a second interview at the facility

Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
