About the Role

As a Caregiver at Alina Homecare, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and diverse tasks, all aimed at empowering clients to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accompanying Clients to Appointments: Provide support and companionship during medical or social appointments.
  • Day Centre Engagement: Assist clients in participating in enjoyable activities at day centres, fostering social connections and personal growth.
  • Social Activity Facilitation: Organize and accompany clients on outings and social events, promoting interaction and a sense of community.
  • Leisure Trip Coordination: Plan and execute day trips to destinations like bowling alleys or parks, creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Medication Management Support: Assist with medication routines, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules and collecting prescriptions when needed.
  • Meal Preparation Assistance: Help prepare nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and dietary needs.
  • Personal Care Provision: Offer support with personal hygiene tasks and getting ready for the day, maintaining clients' well-being.
  • Shopping Accompaniment: Assist with grocery shopping, budgeting, meal planning, and acquiring essential items.
