The Role
We're seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with our department heads and line managers to support their HR needs. This will involve providing a proactive, commercially focused HR service across day-to-day employee relations matters and supporting our overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with department heads and line managers to understand their business challenges and provide guidance on efficient decision-making.
- Work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner to drive the People & Talent Strategy for the agency.
- Create a positive 'People Experience' for everyone you interact with.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers to resolve employee relations issues.
- Play an active role in driving our key Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, identifying internal barriers and driving change.
- Lead and champion our HR compliance program, reviewing, revising, and creating HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Own and run People projects, pushing for creative and innovative solutions to ensure the agency is a great place to work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, capable of partnering effectively with Heads of Department / Senior Managers.
- Able to provide commercially focused solutions and adapt to a creative, flexible working environment.
- Experience in owning HR projects, ideally with exposure across one or more of the following: HRIS implementation, DEI initiatives, compliance / audit processes, HR Analytics / reporting, policy / process updates.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Personable and able to build relationships quickly.
