About the Role:
Mccann Manchester is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2024. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with an area of the organization to support department heads and line managers with their HR requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nourish strong working partnerships with department heads and line managers across the agency.
- Work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner to drive the People & Talent Strategy for the agency.
- Create a brilliant 'People Experience' for everyone you come into contact with.
- Provide expert advice and coach line managers to resolve employee relations issues.
- Play an active role in driving some of our key Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Lead and champion our HR compliance program and spearhead the review, revision, and creation of HR policies.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can provide commercially focused solutions and adapt to a creative, flexible working environment. You will have previous experience in a generalist HR role, capable of partnering effectively with Heads of Department/Senior Managers.
