Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, including the management of our booking and diary systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of dispensing opticians and optical assistants, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
