Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists. As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our optical practice, providing exceptional patient care, and leading our team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of optical assistants and dispensing opticians, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their professional development.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Patient Care
- Ensure that patients receive exceptional care and service, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
