Our client, a leading global equipment manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their financial services team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease, while providing exceptional client care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and promote the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease (B2B)
- Follow a compliant sales process to support clients in choosing the right finance option for their business, and follow client care good practice
- Negotiate finance rates and coordinate each stage of the client transaction
- Engage in high-level telephone interaction with clients, the field-based sales team, and dealer sales personnel
- Achieve profit and margin objectives, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls and emails, and respond to inbound enquiries
- Nurture existing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel, and develop new relationships
- Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline
- Support the team and achieve individual objectives, while coordinating and taking responsibility for own workload
The ideal candidate will have some past experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector. You will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work in a team environment to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Recent graduates with a relevant business-related degree may also be considered, who are looking for the first step into a rewarding career in sales and financial services.
