Role Overview

CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Internal Sales Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease, while following a compliant sales process to support clients in choosing the right finance option for their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and promote the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease
  • Follow a compliant sales process to support clients in choosing the right finance option for their business
  • Negotiate finance rates and coordinate each stage of the client transaction
  • Achieve profit and margin objectives, as well as other key performance indicators
  • Build relationships with clients through regular calls and emails, and respond to inbound enquiries
  • Nurture existing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel
  • Develop relationships with new clients
  • Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Support the team and achieve individual objectives
  • Coordinate and take responsibility for own workload

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have some past experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector. They will have strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate finance rates and coordinate client transactions.
