Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Resilience Officer to join our team at ARM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve resilience.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure effective governance.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain reporting to identify, measure, monitor, and control objectives and key results.
Requirements
  • Experience with compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA and PCI DSS, and cybersecurity frameworks, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • Strong understanding of regulations, industry standards, and leading practices related to information security and compliance.
  • Ability to influence at all levels to drive governance and reduce exceptions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with EU regulations and EU data privacy.
  • Good understanding of technical security control concepts, procedures, and systems.
  • Security qualifications, such as CISSP or CISM.
