About the Role

GlobalData Plc is a leading market research and analysis firm serving an extensive list of blue-chip clients. We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team of consumer analysts in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Production: Manage the production of analysis content within your area, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality reports and datasets.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Schedule work to reflect overall agreed schedule plans and update the online publication plan to ensure seamless execution.
  • Commercial Interaction: Be the primary contact for commercial team interaction in relevant sector(s), ensuring timely and effective query responses and high-quality client-facing responses.
  • Team Management: Provide overall direction and day-to-day management of your direct team of analysts, ensuring both quality and innovation objectives are actively pursued.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: Proven experience in managing teams and leading analysts to deliver high-quality results.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze quantitative data and understand key issues, FMCG trends, and macro issues.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to interact with and form relationships with key clients and meet weekly KPIs related to client calls.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities for clients and drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
