Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous financial professional to become a vital member of our team.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and global tax compliance utilizing QuickBooks and Stripe Tax. This position necessitates close collaboration with our CPA and core team to ensure precise tax compliance and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting functions in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports leveraging QuickBooks, Stripe, and Baremetrics data.
  • Manage global sales tax submissions, including indirect taxes, US Sales/Local Taxes, UK VAT, AU GST, etc., utilizing Stripe Tax.
  • Work closely with our CPA and core team to maintain tax compliance and address financial issues.
  • Provide clear written support and guidance to our team in proficient English communication.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing sales tax for SaaS with a solid financial background.
  • Experience in filing sales tax returns in the US, UK, and EU (OSS).
  • Proficiency in Stripe and QuickBooks is essential.
  • Strong numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and feedback with professionalism.
  • Self-driven with a robust finance and tax compliance background.
