About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Property Management Director to lead our property management service across a region, overseeing multiple managerial teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Property Management Managers to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with Spicerhaart Winning Ways.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business performance, personal development, and day-to-day management of the team.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director(s) and Property Management Director to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Drive the performance, personal development, and day-to-day management of the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions.
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license for a manual car.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £45,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience.
  • Additional £15,000 performance-related pay.
  • On-target earnings of £60,000 to £75,000.
  • A company car or monthly car allowance.
  • Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development.
  • 8:30am-6:00pm working hours (Monday to Friday).
