Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and education, to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., MSc, PG Dip).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a physiotherapy role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
