Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and education, to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., MSc, PG Dip).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a physiotherapy role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
