We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team on the Acute Medical Unit at Epsom Hospital. Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing respiratory physiotherapy services to patients on the Acute Medical Unit, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conducting regular patient assessments and reviews to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a respiratory or acute care environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
