We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
  • Assist in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Support payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data.
  • Filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records.
  • Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts.
  • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in processing payroll.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other finance systems.
