We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
- Assist in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Support payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data.
- Filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records.
- Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts.
- Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in processing payroll.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other finance systems.
