Main Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer invoices and ensure accurate financial records
- Manage cash receipts and rebates, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with cash reconciliations, cash refunds, and final credit note checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations
