Main Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile customer invoices and ensure accurate financial records
  • Manage cash receipts and rebates, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with cash reconciliations, cash refunds, and final credit note checks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations
