Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter sales invoices and payments into our accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash transactions and manage cash refunds, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supplier Invoicing: Process supplier invoices and payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Month-End Duties: Assist with month-end duties, including checking credit notes and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Invoicing and Credit Control: Manage invoicing duties, including generating and sending invoices, and maintaining accurate credit control records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Accounts team, including ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Organization Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- IT Literacy and Excel Skills: Be IT literate with intermediate Excel skills, and have a basic understanding of accounting software.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all financial transactions.
