Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk
Job Summary:
Casual, family-run business in Colchester is seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to provide administrative support to the current team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to adapt to the company's growing needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer invoices and process rent and ad-hoc invoices
- Perform cash reconciliations, cash refunds, and final credit note checks
- Handle invoices queries and credit notes
- Assist other companies within the group
- Process cash receipts and rebates
- Contribute to producing month-end reports
- Process POD requests
- Liaise with various levels of staff, suppliers, and customers
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Multi-cost centre experience
- Ability to work well within a team
- Confidence to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
