As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve providing assistance and guidance, ensuring each customer feels valued and respected. You will exhibit empathy, understanding, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Comprehensive training will be provided, and you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to equipping you with the necessary tools for success in your role as a Customer Service Advisor. A positive attitude is essential, and prior banking experience is not required. The position entails working five days a week.
