About Us

As our Key Account Executive, you will embody the essence of Craft Distilling Group, tasked with enhancing our brand's presence and prestige. Your role will involve engaging with the high-end on-trade sector and industry experts to elevate brand recognition and drive sales. This position calls for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and engaging individual capable of articulating the distinctive attributes of our brand and premium spirits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing tailored training (including our Spirits Sommelier Certification) and fostering elevated brand loyalty within On Trade accounts, motivating brand advocacy and ensuring a prominent market presence.
  • Collaborating to pinpoint opportunities and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., beverage directors, purchasers, bar managers).
  • Creating and showcasing the 'ideal serve' and rituals to On Trade accounts.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the elite landscape of the UK's hospitality sector.

Your Profile

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the spirits industry and experience within the premium segment.
  • Background in whiskey and/or cognac.
  • Experience as a Brand Ambassador or Key Account Executive in the spirits sector.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to oversee multiple accounts concurrently.
