Position Overview: Retail Regional Manager
As a key member of the Consumer Sales team, you will operate in a field-based capacity, delivering operational and commercial excellence across a well-structured field team. Your role will focus on enhancing business performance through an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, blending exceptional execution with the Vodafone ethos to continuously elevate our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and take full responsibility for the regional profit and loss.
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines across all stores.
- Develop and inspire a team to provide outstanding customer experiences and surpass service objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor performance metrics for stores and individuals within the region.
- Recognize and nurture top talent within owned stores and the franchise community.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vodafone and competitor offerings.
- Facilitate support for franchise applicants throughout the launch process.
- Drive improvements in field processes and systems.
