Flagship Consulting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as an Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in project management, who can take ownership of projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, and leisure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered/already Chartered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies for project success.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with a strong background in project management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to work towards APC and become Chartered/already Chartered.
